What does being native to the EHR mean exactly?
Being native to the EHR mean’s Cline's CTO agent is fully integrated throughout the entire EHR environment, not just in restricted sections governed by an EHR vendors APIs or SDK. This native integration gives doctors the ability to add custom apps or agents to any section of your ClineOS workspace.
Do I need to subscribe to ClineOS in order to access DrClaw?
Yes, the only way to access Cline or DrClaw is by subscribing to a monthly subscription plan.
Do I need to know how to Prompt in order to build with DrClaw?
Yes, it is better to have a basic understanding of prompting with AI. However, if you're not 100% comfortable with prompting you can start off with the free plan to get more comfortable. Or apply for one of our weekly fellowship programs to learn how to vibe code.
How do I purchase AI credits for my DrClaw?
DrClaw accounts have a minimum monthly credit amount of $400 that is billed at the end of each month. For practices that want to run DrClaw 24/7 with sub-agents, more AI credits will be required depending on your usage. Credits can be purchased directly from your Cline App workspace at any time.
Can I build anything with Cline?
You can only build apps, agents, or tasks related to clinical care and or practice operations that need to function within the EHR or a patient portal. Cline's agents cannot be used to build any app, agent, or task unrelated to these product requirements or outside of healthcare.
What features can I access with the Free Plan?
The Free Plan is for learning how to vibe code in a sandbox environment. You can only build prototypes, not production ready apps in this environment. Each user is allowed 3 prototypes. If you’d like to build more you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I use my own LLM with Cline?
No, as Cline must confirm that all data and LLM usage is fully HIPAA-compliant in order to maintain our compliance agreements with our LLM partners.
Enterprise plans can add their own LLM API keys for data management and training, however we must verify that a HIPAA compliance API has been assigned prior to use.

Are there additional monthly fees for group practices?
ClineOS is available to group practices with fewer than 3 clinical team members. As DrClaw is not a group agent, we do require each clinical team member to have their own DrClaw plan which is discounted at $300/mo. Multi-state, multi-location, and MSO-PC practices are considered enterprises with custom pricing. For more information, please contact sales.
How does ClineOS work?
When you hire DrClaw you’ll add them as a team member to your Cline App in order to grant permissions to your practice workspace.
As soon as you are onboarded, DrClaw will help you "e;vibe code"e; your custom EHR interface based on pre-selected templates and within minutes you’ll have your custom EHR built to your individual specifications.

Is Cline and DrClaw fully HIPAA-compliant?
Yes. Cline, DrClaw, and ClineOS are end to end HIPAA-compliant with enterprise grade security. For extra compliance, Cline does provide a BAA to all practices enrolled in an annual paid plan.
Can I build unlimited apps or agents with DrClaw plan or are there limits?
Only 1 HIPAA-compliant production app is available for all plans. If you’d like to upgrade to an additional production app you can sign up for an enterprise plan. However, you can build as many sub-agents as necessary for managing your practice. Just keep in mind that the more sub-agents you have using credits the more AI credits you will need to purchase.
Do I need to join a Fellowship in order to become a Cline customer?
Yes. The only way to become a Cline customer is by signing up for one of our Fellowships. We host weekly Fellowships for both vibe coding and DrClaw. Please select and apply for the one that best fits your practice goals.
