The call is to confirm model and customer fit. Once confirmed, we’ll send you a custom invite link to gain access to your ClineOS AI sandbox where you’ll be able to start building and testing with Cline. There will be only 100 reserve seats, so it’s important to reserve early in order to qualify for the next cohort.

After reserving your Cline device your you’ll receive an email with production and shipment information within 2 weeks of being accepted to the Cohort. Most users should expect to receive their devices within 4-6 weeks from the date of their acceptance.

We opted to track AI token usage based on hours instead of credits in order to match the traditional payroll process with how healthcare hires and manages non-clinical staff. There are currently two Cline team roles available for hire, Cline CTO agent part-time and Cline CTO agent full-time. Once you hire a role they’ll be added to your team and paid through our partners at Ease Payroll.

There is no additional charge for Ease Payroll for paying Cline, however, if it’s used for paying practice staff you will be responsible for covering the solo and or group payroll rates.

When you hire Cline CTO agent, you're not only gaining access to build apps and agents, but also product surveillance. Cline monitors and manages your product as if you had an engineer on staff 24/7, but at a fraction of the cost.

You can only build apps, agents, or tasks related to clinical care and or private practice operations that need to function within the EHR. Cline's CTO agent cannot be used to build any app, agent, or task unrelated to these product requirements.

No, Cline does not bill based off of credits. Instead, there are two hourly plans to select from. Part-time or Full-time which is either billed at 20 hours a week or 40 hours a week for AI usage. Both plans can be paused and restarted as needed. Hours do not roll over each week if unused, if you need more hours you can hire as many Cline CTO agents as you need for you or your team.

It’s important to note that in order to keep your app, agent, or task in production, a Cline CTO agent must be actively hired.

No, not with Solo or Group core plans. Cline must confirm that all data and LLM usage is fully HIPAA-compliant in order to maintain our compliance agreements with our LLM partners.

Enterprise plans can add their own LLM API keys for data management and training.

There is an additional $50/month charge for each doctor or clinician added to a Group plan. Members of a group can all access the group Cline CTO agent but this could significantly affect their hourly usage. As such, we recommend that each clinician receive their own CTO agent with their own hourly usage.

When you hire Cline you’ll add them as a member to your team in order to grant permissions to ClineOS.
Solo enroll into Cline’s CTO agent group payroll and Group practices add their Cline CTO to their teams payroll. Cline is paid in sync with Cline’s group payroll (ran monthly), or mirrored to the Group practices payroll cycle (monthly, semi-monthly, or bi-weekly).
For example if you select to hire Cline CTO agent Part-Time you will be billed 20 hours at $10/hr for 4 weeks each month until you pause Cline's contract.
