If you opted into the free EHR, cancellations late in the term still earn a refund, but the months you used are settled against your deposit. For example, if you cancel at month 11 and used the free EHR for all 11 months, $299 × 11 = $3,289 is deducted from your $5,000, and you receive $1,711. This is to prevent the reservation from being used as a workaround to get free EHR access. If you opted out of the free EHR at the time of reservation, none of this applies and your full deposit is refunded.

Yes. At the time of reservation, you can choose Option B: reserve only, no free EHR. This trades the up-to-$3,588 in EHR savings for an unconditional refund right. It's the right choice if you're not yet ready to subscribe to DrClaw, if you want maximum flexibility, or if you'd rather have your full deposit guaranteed.

Reservations are fulfilled in cohorts. Each physician is guaranteed delivery within twelve months of placing the deposit. Most physicians can expect their DrCline sooner, depending on cohort capacity and the complexity of training to their clinical context. You'll receive cohort updates as your delivery window narrows.

The free EHR is an opt-in perk attached to your reservation. You need to be on an active DrClaw Solo or DrClaw Teams plan, since EHRBuilder runs as an add-on inside DrClaw. While your DrClaw plan is active and your reservation is in good standing, your $299/mo EHRBuilder fee is waived. The free access ends the day your DrCline is delivered, at which point your account transitions to your founders monthly rate. If you opted out of the free EHR at reservation, this benefit doesn't apply and your deposit stays fully refundable.

Yes. EHRBuilder is an add-on tier that runs inside DrClaw, so you need an active DrClaw Solo or Teams plan to use the EHR at all, free or paid. If you cancel your DrClaw plan during the reservation period, your free EHR access ends with it. You can resume the free EHR benefit by reactivating your DrClaw plan, as long as your reservation is still active.

Whatever the monthly DrCline price is on the day your reservation is fulfilled, that rate stays with your account for as long as your account is active. Public pricing will rise as DrCline matures. Founders pay what they signed up for, indefinitely.

Yes. Group practices that want to onboard multiple physicians with their own DrCline can reserve one per physician. Each reservation is its own deposit, its own cohort slot, and its own founders rate lock.

To reserve, no. To use the free EHRBuilder while you wait, yes, you'll need an active DrClaw Solo or Teams plan. If you're not ready to subscribe to DrClaw, choose Option B at reservation: reserve only, no free EHR, with full deposit refundability. You can switch to the free EHR later by activating a DrClaw plan, subject to the standard refund mechanics from that point forward.

If for any reason your delivery exceeds twelve months from the deposit date, you have two options: extend with additional benefits negotiated in writing, or receive a full refund of your deposit plus a meaningful credit toward future Cline products. The twelve-month commitment is a hard guarantee, not a soft target.

Reservations are tied to the physician who placed the deposit, since the founders rate is locked to that physician's account. Transfers are possible in limited cases, such as a partner buying into a practice, and are handled case by case by the Cline team.
